Ground staffs take an important role of passenger service at the airport. They help and guide passengers in many ways. In this blog, I'm going to write about what do they do and why they do it.


Ground staffs are responsible for passenger service duties such as staying in the check-in counter for depart and arriving passenger.



They also responsible for all services in the airport to ensure passengers comfort.




Ground staffs usually responsible in answering passengers questions and assisting them when they need something.



Taking a reservation at their counter is another duty of ground staffs.



Another main role of ground staffs is to verify passengers identification and print their boarding passes.



Helping passengers to check-in luggages.



Security screening is also another duty of ground staffs.

Booking a flight to some where for first time will be so confusing for many people. After you downloaded the app, go into the app and the app's home screen will look like this. Tap the "Flights" icon and it will take you to the booking screen. My reflection toward QATAR walk-in interview.

Lately, I have heard about Qatar airline opening for new applicants. I also knew that they also wrote the reflection toward their application on their blog. So, now, in my blog, I'm going to write what I'm thinking about those or you can say that I'm going to write the reflection toward my friend's the reflection toward Qatar airline job application. Her language is easy to read and the content is also clear and included a tons of image that can let me feel the air on the application day, intense, stressful and serious. These are some part of her blog. The entrance to the job interviewing seem nice and full of applicant's car. The announcement sign looks clear. Seem to be alot of people attend the interview.
